Where do we ship to?
Rare Lotus Beauty ship's to the continental US, free of charge from our New York State warehouse. It takes 1 to 3 business days to ship from East Coast and 4 to 6 business days to ship to the West Coast. Fulfillments can take 24-48 hours to leave the warehouse on weekdays. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii and would like to place an order special shipping rates will apply. Rates may vary. For international shipping quotes, submit a request.
Our shipping process?
You can place the items in your cart online and the shipping calculator will give you a shipping quote specific to your location. Once an order is placed, it is reviewed and processed immediately. Completion of an order can take up to 48 hours. Once your order is picked up by our couriers (UPS, USPS, etc), Shipping times will vary depending on your location. The approximate shipping times are: • East Coast states: 2 to 3 business days • Midwest: 3 to 5 business days • West coast states: 4 to 6 business days For more information, you can reference our webpage here. Do you ship to Canada? Yes we ship Canada wide! Shipping to eastern Canada takes an average of 3-5 Business days, while shipping Western Canada takes 10 Business days. For more information on estimated shipping times within Canada, feel free to contact us.
My order hasn’t shipped yet, can I still edit my order?
Yes, you can edit your order if it hasn’t shipped! If you haven’t received a tracking number or order confirmation that your order has shipped yet, please reach out to our team by submitting a request. We will do our best to change your order before it ships out. If your order has shipped partially, we are able to edit the parts of the order that has not yet been shipped! If your order has shipped completely, we are unfortunately unable to edit your order.
Where is my order?
Can I have an update on my order? Our orders are usually for shipped within 48 hours of being received by our warehouse team, Unless the product is a pre-order (Usually clearly Stated on the product page), Or if you’re Currently waiting for a purchased back order. Please note that I will fulfillment team operates between Monday and Friday, and not on the weekends. We automatically notify you by email when the product does ship out and provide a tracking number to allow you to track your product while it’s in transit to you. Received a tracking number that hasn’t updated after 48 hours? Check your tracking details. For any additional questions, submit a request.
My package is delayed; is there anything we can do?
We fulfill all of our orders via private carriers such as UPS or USPS. We do our absolute best to check and send out your order as soon as it is placed, and have policies in place with the shipping providers to protect and get your package to you as timely as possible. It’s not uncommon to face unexpected delays of 3 to 7 business days with packages shipped by private carriers. If ever the package is delayed for more than seven business days or cannot be found on the tracking, contact us by submitting a request and we will open a claim for you. Claims normally get resolved within 10 business days, and if not, a new unit will be sent out to you while the claim continues. We thank you for your patience on this and are always here to help! As a small business, your order means a lot to us and we’re willing to help in any way possible.
Can my order be delivered on a weekend?
As much as we would like to deliver our goods on a seven-day basis, it is up to the delivery companies to work on weekends, rest assured that delivery will resume the following Monday if they do not arrive on the weekend.
